FERPA Compliance Statement

enrollmentFUEL hereby covenants compliance with all applicable provisions of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99). enrollmentFUEL receives student data from its clients and only processes student data for educational purposes pursuant to 34 CFR § 99.31(a)(1)(i)(B). To ensure compliance, enrollmentFUEL requires that employees be aware of federal law as well as all other state and federal regulations that govern the privacy and confidentiality of student records. Please note that in the event enrollmentFUEL receives a subpoena or judicial order for the disclosure of education records, enrollmentFUEL will notify the associated client(s) prior to fulfilling the request in accordance with §99.31(a)(9).
