Lisa has almost three decades of experience in public, private, and proprietary higher education, in both four-year and two-year sectors. During her career, Lisa served as both Chief Enrollment Officer and Chief Retention Officer, and she has led large national financial aid divisions across the country.

She began her career at Mary Baldwin University, where she held a variety of positions including Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management. Lisa also served as the Director of Student Finance at DeVry University, and held financial aid management positions at Northern Virginia Community College.

Lisa is a subject matter expert on both enrollment management and all aspects of financial aid. Throughout her diverse career, she has led many successful initiatives to increase enrollment, expand diversity, implement improved financial aid leveraging strategies, and develop “re-recruitment” retention plans.

Lisa received her bachelor’s degree from Mary Baldwin College and her master’s degree in Human Resource Development from James Madison University. She currently holds several NASFAA credentials and has presented at a variety of financial aid conferences to students, parents, and higher education colleagues. Lisa was also voted as the “Staff Member of the Year” by students at Northern Virginia Community College, and she received DeVry’s prestigious “PRIDE” award during her time there.

When she’s not working, Lisa enjoys boating and is currently learning to scuba dive.

Vice President of Business Intelligence and Analytics

Tyler has over 15 years of experience in higher education and enrollment management, with expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, and technology.

He has led implementations and integrations for financial aid, admissions, international student & scholar, CRM, and ERP/SIS systems, including PowerFAIDS, Ellucian Banner, Sunapsis, Salesforce, and Transact.

His passion for connecting data and operations is fueled by a natural curiosity and inclination to drive innovation that paves the way for comprehensive and agile enrollment strategies.

Tyler is a frequent conference presenter, user group leader and has served on several technical advisory boards.

As a systems thinker and visual storyteller, Tyler can break down the most complex data into actionable insights.

Thomas Ratliff

Thomas has over 35 years of higher education experience, teaming with peers to serve students at private, public, and proprietary institutions. He has worked with traditional and nontraditional populations pursuing certificate programs through doctoral degrees within term-based, non-term, and nonstandard term academic calendars. He has been blessed with a variety of experiences that help him relate to the partner school’s challenges.  

Thomas has made presenting at conferences a staple of his career, as it helps his colleagues expand their understanding and instill the ideas in their hearts. He has also enjoyed serving financial aid communities through a variety of leadership roles, including as President of four professional associations: ISFAA (Indiana), TASFAA (Texas), MASFAA (Midwest), and SWASFAA (Southwest). When taking a break from helping schools excel, Thomas cherishes life with his family and enjoys autocross racing his 1965 Chevrolet Corvair.

Senior Data Analyst

Linda earned her Bachelor of Business degree in Finance from Kent State University and her MBA with a concentration in MIS from Point Park University as well as an Associate of Applied Business in Computer Programming and Database from Stark State College. She has worked in higher education for over 25 years, holding positions in financial aid, registrar’s office, business office, and admissions. Working under constraints of regulations, her love of working with data and desire for accuracy led her to continue her career managing an admissions CRM system prior to joining enrollmentFUEL. She greatly enjoys reviewing data, problem solving, and implementing processes that ensure data accuracy.
