Mike Wesner
Founder
Mike founded enrollmentFUEL in 2015. He is the creator of the big ideas that FUEL our company. He brings energy to every project and he loves developing leaders in all organizations.
He is a retired Navy Commander whose last Navy tour was at the Center for Naval Leadership. He’s also a former tent-making, campus ministry leader where many of his ideas for enollmentFUEL were formed. He spent his undergraduate days at UNC Chapel Hill and later received a MEd in Higher Education Administration from the University of New Orleans.
Mike is the son of a WWII Holocaust survivor. His ideas in life were largely shaped by his Polish “Babci” and are the foundation today for our company’s core values. After hours he is laser-focused on creating fun date nights and great meals for his bride of almost 40 years.
Mike is the proud father of three adult children. He and his wife live in Cary, NC but he loves spending most of his time at the NC Outer Banks where you’ll often find him leading brainstorming sessions, having big ideas, and helping clients and their teams energize themselves for the next enrollment cycle.
