Patrice brings over 15 years of experience in higher education operations, data stewardship, and process improvement. Most recently, she served as Assistant Director of Operations and Data at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, where she oversaw Slate CRM administration, data lifecycle management, and data-informed decision support. She is also pursuing a Master of Applied Data Science at UNC, further strengthening her expertise in predictive modeling, forecasting, and use of data to support strategic decision-making.

Outside of work, Patrice enjoys activities that reflect her love of pattern-finding, creativity, and calm focus—including jigsaw puzzles, LEGO, cooking, and relaxing at the beach.
