With a career trajectory rooted in a passion for education and a decade of experience across student financial services, non-traditional, and traditional enrollment, Jen is adept at coming alongside enrollment management teams to offer relevant insights and actionable support. She has led admissions teams at Mount Vernon Nazarene University and Eastern Nazarene College, and most recently focused on customer service and process improvement as Associate Director of Student Accounts at Denison University. Jen approaches work with an eagerness to be challenged, a love for learning best practices, and a commitment to making things better—all while having fun!

Outside of work, Jen enjoys delving into a good book, the satisfaction of a DIY home project, the energy of live music, and the competitive thrill of Jeopardy!
